Allyse’s love for Washington wine began in her grandfather’s small, commercial winery in Snohomish, where she grew up selling homemade wine glass charms during tasting events. She earned her B.A. in Environmental Policy from Western Washington University where she focused her studies on the intersection of agribusiness and environmental regulations. After two years of working as a fiscal analyst for the State of Washington, she decided it was time to pursue a career in the wine industry. In 2018, she joined Forgeron’s harvest production team in Walla Walla where she gained first-hand knowledge of our vineyards and winemaking practices. When she’s not serving wines at our Woodinville Tasting Room, she enjoys hiking in the beautiful North Cascades and cooking for her family and friends.
