Crawford is a small family-owned and run farm, well-diversified with apples, corn and blueberries in addition to grapes. For example, when everybody else is on double cordon, Crawford uses Geneva double curtain. Geneva double curtain trains the foliage up, creating good air movement and shade for the fruit, perfect for whites, it allows more time for ripening and not so much stress from the heat.
