We like to use multiple vineyards in our quest to produce our signature Chardonnay. By sourcing from many terroirs, some cooler and some warmer, we consistently craft a Chardonnay that displays outstanding complexity, richness and body while remaining deliciously crisp and refreshing. An unusually cool 2011 Spring & Summer led into a late, moderately warm Fall, producing balanced, elegant wines with lower alcohol and higher acidity.

The cool harvest temperatures were perfect for making magnificent whites, especially the 2011 Chardonnay. This crisp Chardonnay has flavors of Granny Smith apples, crisp Bartlett pears, limes, and sourdough bread are beautifully framed by our Burgundian oak barrels. The 2011 vintage allowed bright acids for a perfect finish to this lively Chardonnay. Our sought-after Chardonnay is one you can & should stock up on!
Enjoy our 2011 Chardonnay with a variety of seafood & pasta dishes such as Lobster Mac & Cheese or Chicken Fettucine Alfredo; or simply basking in the Autumn sun with friends.
