Blacksmith is Forgeron Cellars line of outstanding and affordable wines. To get this combination of quality and value, we source our grapes from different varieties and vineyards and then, with skillful winemaking, craft them into the highest possible quality vintages.
Bright aromas of grapefruit and ripe citrus mingle with scents of fresh honeysuckle and a clean minerality. Enjoy a mélange of kiwi, pineapple & mango backed by snappy Granny Smith apple, citrus and baked pear flavors. Teasing notes of butter toffee complement cinnamon and ginger undertones followed by bright acids for a clean finish. Lively, with depth and complexity.
Enjoy with Tilapia Tacos & Mango Salsa, Chicken Salad pitas, or grilled Halibut with a creamy lemon-dill sauce.
