2008 Les Collines Syrah - Woodinville Exclusive
Syrah is a special varietal that ripens to reveal complexity, depth, and with age, an elegance few grapes can match. Our first Les Collines Vineyard-designate Syrah is exactly what we hoped for! It is the essence of Walla Walla Syrah with its complex briary, peppery, wild berry flavors. Produced in very small quantity of only 114 cases, this gem is not to be missed.
This Burmese Ruby colored wine is rich, intense in the classic Syrah style. Enjoy aromas of vibrant blackberry, smoky meats and black pepper containing spicy earthy notes. The mouth is explosive with dark concentrated fruit, floral cassis, exotic spice and tannins. This a voluminous wine with class and character.
