2007 Syrah
Syrah is a unique varietal that ripens to reveal complexity, depth, and, with age, an elegance that few grapes can match. Our 2007 Syrah is exactly that! The fruit is sourced from two distinct sites within Boushey Vineyard. These unique locations consistently yields quality grapes, ensuring we have the best components to create this luscious masterpiece! Produced in very small quantity of only 73 cases, it's a gem not to be missed.
A rich, intense wine that offers vibrant blackberry and dark cherry aromas with spicy earthy notes. The mouth is explosive with dark concentrated fruit, rosemary, spice and tannins. The structure pushes to all corners of the palate with everything in balance.
Nothing could be better than sharing our 2007 Syrah with friends and family. For your next dinner party, enjoy a bottle or two with braised short ribs, Boeuf Bourguignon, or a wild mushroom risotto.
