2006 Malbec
This is most definitely a wine meant to be enjoyed with food and our first instinct is to pair it with food from its origins - France! A duck confit pizza with a poached egg would be superb. A hearty cassoulet or grilled sausages would work equally as well and satisfy all your taste buds. Just remember, 47 cases won't go far, so be sure to pick up an extra bottle or two to enjoy with each dish!
