2004 Champoux Cabernet Sauvignon
The incredibly smooth velvet mouthfeel combined with rich fruits of Bing cherry, blueberry and blackberry will captivate your palate. The tannins are firm, but beautifully balanced with a long, spicy finish.
Although this Cabernet is a very small production, don?t let that stop you from keeping plenty on hand to enjoy whenever the spirit moves you. A hearty Boeuf Bourguignon would be a perfect accompaniment to our 2004 Champoux Cabernet, but equally enjoyable with duck confit pizza or sautéed portabello mushrooms over polenta.
