2003 Vinfinity
They say “patience is a virtue” and we have demonstrated our fair share in order to let this beauty come of age! Our 2003 Vinfinity is truly an elegant wine that expresses individual fruit characteristic from each varietal.
The nose is brimming with cherries, blackberries and cardamom. Your first sip will delight your palate with vanilla, dark cherries and dried plums balanced with bright acidity. Multiple layers evolve with a discreet amount of tannins and an expressive mid-palate followed by an exceptionally long finish.
With cooler evenings upon us, hearty comfort foods such as braised short ribs with roasted root vegetables would be a perfect pairing for our 2003 Vinfinity. As an alternative, try a butterflied leg of lamb with blue cheese or Risotto with thinly sliced filet mignon in a beef broth. Complete your meal with enough 2003 Vinfinity to please everyone at the table, plus a little extra for the chef!
